On February 9th, 2022, the MIC announced the public consultation for the national technical regulation on EMC for wireless audio equipment in the frequency range 25MHz to 2000MHz. The circular number QCVN 130:2022/BTTTT along with the circular QCVN 18:2014/BTTTT provides for EMC testing measurements, testing methods, limits and quality criteria for the devices
The regulation will take place on July 1st, 2023 and the consultation is open to the public until May 2022, the participants can send the comments through the MIC’s website in the section COLLECTING PEOPLE’S OPINIONS ON DRAFT LEGAL DOCUMENTS
