On January 14th, 2022, the MIC announced the public consultation for the national technical regulation on electromagnetic field exposure from public land mobile base stations. The circular number QCVN 8:2022/BTTTT along with the circular QCVN 8:2010/BTTTT applies to public mobile terrestrial stations with outdoor installed antennas, operating in the frequency range from 110 MHz to 6 GHz. Circular QCVN 8:2022/BTTTT is built on the basis of reviewing, supplementing, and amending QCVN 8:2010/BTTTT dated July 30, 2010, by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
This regulation will take place on January 1st, 2023 and the consultation is open to the public until March 14th, 2022, the participants can send the comments through the MIC’s website in the section COLLECTING PEOPLE’S OPINIONS ON DRAFT LEGAL DOCUMENTS
