On Feb 21st, VNTA announced the public consultation for the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management responsibility of the MIC.
Scope
- This Circular prescribes the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management responsibility of the MIC (hereinafter referred to as the List of group-2 products and goods) and principles of product management, group 2 goods.
- This Circular only applies to products and goods with descriptions of products and goods specified in the List of group 2 products and goods.
Circular 2022/TT-BTTTT takes effect from July 1, 2022, and replaces Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BTTTT dated May 14, 2020, of the MIC on the No. Products and goods that are likely to cause unsafety are under the management responsibility of the MIC and Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BTTTT dated May 14, 2021, of the MIC Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 11/2020/TT-BTTTT dated May 14, 2020.
