Circular 42/2016/TT-BTTTT issued on December 26, 2016 to come into effect. The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) circular is the final version to replace Circular 05/2014/TT-BTTTT with Circular 42/2016/TT-BTTTT. This change expects to adjust the list of potentially unsafe products and goods under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communication. Circular was replaced on October 1, 2017. All Type Approval certificates issued under the old Circular 05/2014/TT-BTTTT will remain valid until their expiry dates.
