The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) released the draft Circular asking for comments on the updated list of products and goods to be susceptible for the Type approval and/or Self-Declaration of conformity.
Due to the latest National technical regulations issued, MIC has decided to update the List of goods by adding new HS codes.
The Draft is available for consultation and open for comments until April 9th, 2023, and it is expected to enter into force for 2024-2025.
