The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) issued Circular No. 29/2021/TT-BTTTT dated 31st December 2021 promulgated Nation frequency planning of 2300 – 2400 MHz band for IMT mobile network. The Circular promulgates that radio frequency band 2300 – 2400 MHz is planned for deployment according to the International Mobile Telecommunications Advanced (IMT-Advanced) standards and its subsequent version.
The Circular applies to organizations, enterprises,e and individuals who manufacture, import, trade, and use the radio equipment in Vietnam. The spectrum 2300 – 2400 MHz is divided into 03 Time Domain Division duplex blocks, namely A1, A2, A3, which have widths of 30 MHz each.
The Circular comes into force from 15th February 2022. It suppresses Clause 1, Clause 2 of Article 2, and relevant 2300 – 2400 MHz regulations in Circular No. 18/2020/TT-BTTTT dated 20th August 2020
