The Ministry of Information and Communications, Department of Science Technology (MIC) has released the Draft national technical regulation on Short Range Device (SRD) – Radio equipment to be used in the 1 GHz to 40 GHz frequency range (specifically: – Wireless charging device based on induction loop technology (electrostatic transformation) (HS code: 8504.40.90) – Personal FM radio transmitter ) for all public to comment on it, it will be available for observations until July 3rd, 2020.
The draft of the National technical regulation is based on ETSI EN 300 440 V2.2.1 (2018- 07) Short Range Devices (SRD); Radio equipment to be used in the 1 GHz to 40 GHz frequency range; Harmonized Standard for access to radio spectrum.
