The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) of Vietnam has released Draft Circular to replace existing Circular 42/2016/TT-BTTTT – Regulations on list of products subjected to MIC Type Approval and Declaration of Conformity (DoC).
This Circular prescribes the list of products and goods with potential to be unsafe under the management of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The main objective of this circular is to shorten the list of radio transmitters and transceivers subjected to MIC Type Approval, this will simplify the procedures, and reduce total certification time for the products to enter Vietnam market, MIC Vietnam.
The new Circular is planned to take effect on July 1, 2018.
