USA: FCC Publish Final Rule on Spectrum Bands Above 24 GHz for Mobile Radio Services

FCC published a final rule amending the 47 CFR part 25 and related to the use of the spectrum bands above 24 GHz for mobile radio services. In this document, the Commission announces that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the information collection associated with a rule for specific millimeter-wave bands above 24 GHz in the Commission’s Fifth Report and Order, FCC 19-30 and that compliance with the modified rule is now required.

This rule is effective from September 9, 2019.
