With the Resolutions 275/021 and 297/021, URSEC enables the entry into the country through the General import regime (international postal parcels), without requiring the prior authorization from URSEC, of the radio communication devices with the following technical conditions:
- That only work in the frequency bands from 2.4 GHz to 2.4835 GHz and/or 5.725 GHz to 5.850 GHz;
- That they operate with the 802.11 standards (known as WiFi4, WiFi5, and WiFi6) and/or 802.15 (known as Bluetooth).
The aforementioned devices are only those that operate in the frequency bands identified at the national level in a condition of free use of the spectrum, only with built-in antennas and with maximum RF output power compatible with a service area restricted to less than ten meters, that is, under potential conditions of not generating harmful interference.
