The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) released on October 23rd 2015 a Notice of Proposed Rule Making inviting all the interested parties to send comments on the use of spectrum bands above 24 GHz for mobile radio services. The idea of this proposal is to create and optimum environment to develop the 5G technology in the United States territory. The final date to send comments about this NPRM is on January 23rd 2016.
