On a draft published in the official web site of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, the organism sets the possible technical regulation of electromagnetic compatibility of equipment able to create or be influenced by interference. The final day to comment on the proposal is November 6, 2015 and it is proposed to be adopted on April 20, 2016. This regulation aims to harmonize the Ukrainian legislation with the European Union regulations on electromagnetic compatibility.
