TAIWAN: The NCC Announced Plans to Reorganize Regulations in the Country

The National Communications Commission of Taiwan (NCC), released in May the legislation plan and regulations reorganization plan of National Communications Commission for 2016 document, including proposed amendments for 6 statutes, 58 regulations and 2 administrative rules. The amendments include changes and additions in all the telecommunications fields, including cable radio and T.V services, electronic telecommunications, standards, broadcasting, radio waves, access and radio-frequency devices.
