Malaysia: SIRIM shared the revised Intellectual Property (IP) Form for Type Approval process, effective in January, 2025.
New Intellectual Property (IP) forms for Type Approval applications will be fully enforced starting January 1, 2025. These updated forms replace the current versions and include an additional declaration option for applicants unable to obtain written consent from IP owners.
