UNITED STATES: FCC Updates Equipment Authorization Rules to Incorporate New and Revised Industry Standards
On March 10, 2023, the FCC published a Report and Order document aiming the response to the periodic update of standards by the Standards bodies, to reflect best practices in response to advancements in technologies and measurement capabilities.
