The RRA ( Telecom Regulator From South Korea) informed about a new change in the format for the conformity assessment number. The decision was taken because they did not want to be influenced by the department name change.
The conformity assessment number had “MSIP” at the beginning of it; from now on, a “R” will replace those letters. This is currently under debate and is expected to end on November 27, 2017.
