SOUTH AFRICA: ICASA Publish Draft on 2021 National Radio Frequency Plan

The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) published the draft of the new national radio frequency plan 2021. Interested persons are invited to submit written representations, including an electronic version of the representation in Microsoft Word, of their views on the Draft Update of the National Radio Frequency Plan 2021 by no later than 16h00 on Friday, 27 August 2021. Persons making representations are further invited to indicate whether they require an opportunity to make oral representations, including response to questions asked by the public and the Authority, which shall not exceed one hour. The public hearings will be held from 7th to 9th of September 2021.
