On July 1, 2017, the statutory board of the Singapore governemnt, Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) published a technical specification document regarding cellular mobile terminal updates. During this new update, the IMDDA TS CMT Issue 1 replaced the IMDA TS CMT Issue 1 Rev 1.
The following changes include:
1. Support for LTE-Advanced TDD RIT (E-UTRA RAT).
2. Use of E-UTRA Band 38 and Band 40.
3. CMT safety testing to be performed to the IEC 60950-1 safety standard.
