On May 27th, RATEL announced that five open public consultations would have an extension for the date of submission of comments for the interested stakeholders. .
Among the acts, the Draft Rules for controlling the use of Radio Frequency Spectrum, Technical inspections and Protection Against Interference has been included. The authority has informed that the stated period of public consultation for the acts in question is extended by 15 days, that is, the new period for submission of opinions expires on 1 4 . June 2024.
