On March 27th, 2023, the Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) communicated through its website, the release of a public consultation to obtain comments and inputs on the “National Radio Law Project”. This Law project aims to regulate spectrum management in Saudi Arabia and to increase the efficiency of spectrum use while enabling wireless technologies across all national sectors.
Aside from the objective mentioned above, it is also a movement to make all the information related to Spectrum use and licenses belong to a unified regulation and make decisions or future improvements of this sort to be more agile.
