The CITC is launching a public consultation on the modernization of its technical specifications and invites interested parties to participate in it, the consultation link is published on the CITC website. The aim of the public consultation is to collect feedback on the proposed updated technical specifications of communication and IT devices and equipment that are applicable in Saudi Arabia. The CITC is particularly interested in feedback on the clarity and of requirements and limits with international best practices. Comments on best measures for reducing the lead- times for processing type approval applications reaching the commission are also welcome.
