The circulation, production and release of electrical and electronic equipment are allowed in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union until March 1st, 2020, without the implementation of conformity and compliance documents specifying the requirements of the “Restriction of the Use of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Radioelectronic Products” (TR EAES 037/2016). It was originally meant to start on March 1st 2018.
