The Eurasian Economic Union has published resolution No. 113 which establishes the technical regulation ТР ЕАЭС 037/2016 “on the limitation of the use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic radio products”. This new RoHS regulation is mandatory as of March 1, 2020, and will only apply to equipment that is manufactured from that date.
Compliance with this new RoHS scheme can be achieved in two ways:
1. Based on EN50581
2. Based on local testing
