The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) issued the Ministerial Resolution No. 1685-2023-MTC/01.03 seeking comments to modify the technical conditions of the ministerial N° 777-2005-MTC-03.
The main change is related to the maximum EIRP of the frequency band 5150 – 5250 MHz up to 30 dBm (1W) for indoor use.
