On March 8th, 2023 MTC (Ministry of Transport and Communications) published the Ministerial Resolution No. 237-2023-MTC/01
With the aim of allowing Peruvians access to high-quality services in the country, which help create opportunities for economic development and improve the quality of life of citizens, the Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) published the Plan National Frequency Allocation (PNAF) updated to 2023, in order to receive comments and suggestions.
This PNAF update includes the necessary frequency bands for the development of mobile technologies such as 4G and 5G, high-altitude platforms (HAPS), use of television white spaces (TVWS), improving wireless coverage in the home (WiFi -6E) and much more.
They will receive suggestions and comments from the interested parties, within a period of ten (10) business days, counted from the day after the publication of this resolution.
Those comments must be sent to the main MTC headquarters with attention to the General Management of Policies and Regulation in Communications, located in Jirón Zorritos N° 1203, Cercado de Lima, or to the email wazurza@mtc.gob.pe
