The ministerial resolution 488-2021-MTC/01 has two important pieces of information:
1. The identification as unlicensed bands of the bands 470 – 698 MHz and the technical operating conditions of equipment using the 470 – 698MHz band for TV Broadcast.
2. The identification as unlicensed bands of the band 5925 – 7125 MHz (6GHz) WiFi6E and 5G NR FR1.
For the band 5925 – 7125 MHz the use of the band will be allowed just for indoor use; however, this type of service is not used until the MTC establishes the corresponding additional regulations.
