The Telecom Regulator, ASEP published the public consultation to receive comments from the interested parties. The proposal says that they are not going to accept requests submitted by any person, but a local registered engineer would be needed to submit the application on their website. With this change, the Regulator pretends to reduce the lead times and the number of rejections, since the documents would be reviewed by the registered engineer before submitted. The comments will be received from June 21st until July 5th, 2021.
