Back

The National Authority for Public Services (ASEP) released a new version of the National Frequency Allocation Plan (PNAF) on December 27, 2016. The update includes changes to the adequacy of Article 11: Special Registry Bands and Article 12: Short Range Devices.

Article 11 of the PNAF incorporated new frequency bands for the use of RLAN/WAN equipment for Wireless Access.

Article 12 amplified the “Free Use of Frequencies” regulation, incorporated additional frequencies in the VHF and UHF bands, and established the concept of the use of roaming frequencies.
