The Office of the Regulator on July 12th, 2021, released the requirements for the label for the type approval devices after the Administration of Samoa approve the trademark as a symbol of approval for telecommunication equipment. The trademark must be placed on the packaging, warranty forms, user manual, leaflets, website, and equipment.
An E-label can be used if the device has a display and must be used along with the Type approval Identification Code.
