- The successful migration of Sound Broadcasting Operators in FM, freeing up the frequency band 894-960 MHz.
- The frequency band 894-960 MHz is allocated for advanced mobile broadband services.
- The use of the frequency range 915-928 MHz for SRD and LPWAN devices operating at low power is ratified.
- The import, commercialization, and use of SRD and LPWAN devices that operate in the range 915-928 MHz are permitted.
Administrative Agreement Number 005/2021 of December 17, 2021, is repealed.
