New Requirement For The Homologation Process
The last week, TELCOR has established a new requirement for obtaining certificates. The manufacturer must provide a Power of Attorney whereby the manufacturer authorizes a person of their choice to appear before TELCOR to manage and get the Certificates. The Power of Attorney should be signed by the Manufacturer as well as being signed and sealed by a Notary Public. (See attached the email sent by the Regulator for your reference).
