NEW CALEDONIA: ANFR publish last October an Updated of Radio Electric Equipment exempted from administrative import authorization

All the data transmission equipment not connected to a network open to the public operating in the 868 MHz range was added to the category list in the appendix to note 020-18, and almost 80 new equipment was added.
