On March 14, 2018, Mozambique’s regulator, Instituto Nacional das Comunicações de Moçambique (INCM) will prohibit the use of radiocommunication and telecommunication equipment that cause harmful interference to other services. Additionally, further statements reveal that all equipment not approved or that violate the legislation in force will be confiscated. All equipments that are intended to be sold and used must be certified by the INCM.
