Entirety reports on January 30, 2019, the Safety Conformity Mark, relative to the security of products such as low voltage electronic devices, must be affixed on the product directly by the manufacturer before the product is imported to Morocco.
Currently, it is allowed to import the products without the mark, so the local distributor or importer can affix it once in Morocco. From August 2019 and on, this will only be the responsibility of the manufacturer who should follow the essential marking requirements published by MCINET.
