Montenegro’s Agency for Electronic Communications has launched a public consultation on the draft Radio Frequency Spectrum Allocation Plan. This initiative harmonizes national spectrum use with international regulations such as the ITU Radio Regulations (2024) and the European Common Allocation Table (2025). The plan defines frequency bands between 8.3 kHz and 3000 GHz for various civil and military applications, ensuring technological neutrality.
