Per Article 5. of this new Radio TR, previous radio regulation: Government Decision No. 1274/2007 on the approval of the Technical Regulation; Radio equipment and telecommunication terminal equipment and confirmation of their conformity (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 188-191, art. .1342) will no longer be valid. The scope of the regulation will remain the same, this regulation is based on EU RED Directive. The procedure and requirements are still the same. Only that new Type Examination Certificate (TEC) will be issued based on the new Radio TR.
