The Mexican Economy Secretariat (SE) published on December 18, 2017, in the Official Diary of Mexico (DOF), PROY-NOM-019-SCFI-2016 “Information technologies equipments and associated equipment, as well as office equipment – security requirements” for a public consultation. Once the NOM becomes official and it’s published in the official diary, it will replace NOM-019-SCFI-1998.
The consultation will come into effect during the next 60 days starting December 18, 2017 and the interested will be able to present their comments to CCONNSE (Comite Consultivo Nacional de Normalizacion de la Secretaria de Economia).
