According to the Mexican Economy Secretariat information, the validity of the “NOM-EM-016-SCFI-2015, for Radio communications systems using the spread spectrum technique – radio communications equipment for frequency hopping and digital modulation to operate in the 902-928 MHz, 2400-2483.5 MHz and 5725-5850 MHz bands, specifications and test methods.” will be extended another 6 months until October 20th, 2016. This will be official once the extension is published on the Federation Official Diary (DOF).
