Entirety reports on February 15, 2019, following our Regulatory Update regarding the published DOF from Oct 23/2018 related to agreements that included some NOM certificate being requested for verification at entry point. We got confirmation there is an extension of 90 more days to enter into force in regards to the item 5 and 5 TER- Goods listed in numerals 1, 2 and 8 of this Annex. This implies, it has been moved from March 1st to June 1st.
This extension allows the industry to better prepare, and gather details on the exact applicability and requirements.
