On December 22nd, 2020, the Regulator IFT has published in the Official Diary of the Federation (DOF) a new Public Consultation, this time to discuss the new Forms for the IFT submission of several types of processes to this Regulator.
The main objectives of this to make it more agile, efficient and to present more formats possibilities, as well as to reduce the administrative overload that may be associated with the processes of this Regulator, making it more simple.
