On April 27, 2017, according to the official gazette of Mexico, The Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) issued the technical arrangement IFT-011-2017 which overviews the “specifications of mobile terminal equipment that can make use of the radio spectrum or be connected to telecommunications network.”
The present arrangement technique is applicable to all Equipment Terminal Mobile (ETM).
Definition of ETM:
Device or Computer Terminal Mobile (ETM): Equipment that uses the user to connect beyond the point of a terminal connection from one public network with the purpose of having access to and / or receive one or more telecommunication mobile services.
