On April 10, 2017, The Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) in an effort to bring transparency to its new regulations, it is seeking comments, opinions, and contributions in regards to the following draft: “Granting proof of authorization regarding the use and utilization of frequency bands of the radioelectric spectrum for secondary use.” Allowing short-range radiocommunication devices to utilize frequency bands of the radio spectrum.
