Mexico: IFT Issues the 2019 Annual Program for Use and Exploitation of Frequency Bands

On November 12, 2018, the Mexican Federal Institute of Telecommunications (IFT) published on the Official Gazette of Federation its Annual Program Plan for 2019 with the purpose to determine the Frequency Bands that will be open for bidding or that may be directly assigned and integrated with services that will be provided through such frequencies of frequency bands, categories or geographical coverages.

The frequency bands are the following:

1755 – 1760/2155 – 2160 MHz

Commercial

2500 – 2530/2620 – 2650 MHz

Commercial

10.15 – 10.65 GHz

Commercial

37 – 38.6 GHz

Commercial

415 – 420/425 – 430 MHz

Public

806 – 814/851 – 859 MHz

Public

824 – 849/869 – 894 MHz
