MEXICO: Extended Deadline for IFT Public Consultations Regarding Updates on NFAP and 5925- 7125 MHz Band

With the objectives to have minimum impacts due to their changes and also to provide better decisions in the telecommunications and broadcasting sectors of Mexico, on June 23rd, the Plenary of the Institute approved to extend the validity of the following public consultations, for a
period of 20 (twenty) additional business days to the period previously granted, to be as follows:
1. Public Consultation on the Draft Agreement by which the Plenary of the Federal Telecommunications Institute classifies the frequency band 5925-7125 MHz as free spectrum and issues the technical operating conditions of the band. Now, the comments can be submitted until August 5th, 2021.
2. Public Consultation on the " Preliminary Draft Agreement by which the Plenary of the Federal Telecommunications Institute updates the National Table of Frequency Attribution”.

Now, comments can be submitted until August 6th, 2021.
