MEXICO: Economy Department Published A Prolongation Advice Of The NOM-EM-015-SCFI-2015

The NOM-151-SCT1-1999 lost validity on January 19, 2015, and in order to guarantee safety products and electrical environments for the Mexican consumers, considering that the Economy Department published on March 10, 2015, the emergency NOM-EM-015-SCFI-215 which lost validity on September 11, 2015, It was necessary to prolongate its validity another 6 months, taking into account that the initial conditions for its expedition are still relevant. It is also important to remember that the NOM-EM-015-SCFI-215 and the technical disposition IFT-004-2014 are complementary.
