The Regulatory Authority of Mauritania carried out from August 8th to September 13, 2019, a quality control mission for voice and data services offered by telecommunications operators.
The results of this mission show the existence of shortcomings with regard to certain commitments, prescribed in the specifications of the operators, in 50 cities and localities.
Consequently, the Regulatory Authority invites operators to comply with their commitments in terms of the quality of voice and data services in the cities and localities where the deficiencies are noted and within a period of thirty ( 30) calendar days.
