MALAYSIA: MCMC Released Class Assignment No.1 of 2022

The MCMC issued the Class Assignment devices and their operational conditions (Frequency bans and Maximum transmit power/field strength). Likewise, it is revoked Class Assignment No. 1 of 2021. One of the major updates is the allocation of the band for WiFi6E devices, from 5925 to 6425 MHz. The MCMC has defined limits for both indoor and outdoor devices.

These Class Assignments have taken effect since January 19th, 2022.
