The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPT) notification 0416 where was clarified several items:
• Type 2 devices will obtain 1-year validity Type Approval cert and/or Acknowledgement letter of DoC.
• Test lab must have Accreditation Certificate ISO/IEC 17025.
• Devices that use 5G must comply NESAS standard of GSMA
• The devices listed are required to comply with physical labels.
This decision will enter into force from August 4th, 2023.
