In January 2020 CAK published an update of the Frequency Spectrum Management Guidelines, to ensure that it meets the Authority’s statutory obligations in as far as its approach for spectrum management is concerned. In this document, CAK sets the criteria for spectrum allocation, assignment and licensing of frequencies, spectrum pricing, monitoring, inspection, and enforcement.
