telecommunication networks services and operating using second-generation network technology have been renewed and granted the advantage of neutral use of technology, and as for the licenses currently granted by The authority for companies operating using third-generation networks technology, most of them will end the restrictions on the use of technology on them within a period of time not exceeding the next 6 years and replace it with the technology of other modern communications networks due to its antiquity and inefficiency in using the spectrum resources and not meeting the requirements for the operation of some communications applications and modern information technology.
